Cooking Instructions

Unlike regular rice, our rice alternative cooks in excess water.
Use atleast 2 glasses of water for every measuring scoop of our rice alternative

First bring ample water to a boil & add salt.
Then add the rice and boil for
- Red Lentil Rice Alternative: 8-9 mins
- Sattu Rice Alternative: 7-8 mins
- Edamame Rice Alternative: 10-11 mins
Stir.
Finally strain the rice and let it cool.
