What is Edamame?
Edamame are young green soybeans that are harvested at 80% maturity. They are commonly roasted or steamed and are a dense source of protein. We use Edamame in our Spaghetti-Noodle range with 3 variants made with Edamame.

Why Quinoa?
Quinoa is an ancient grain with roots in South America. It is a great substitute for rice (containing 2X the fibre) and a versatile superfood. It is a great vegetarian source of complete protein, with all 9 amino acids. It is enriched with Vitamin A & C and helps to control blood sugar levels. Can be eaten sweet or savoury.

Difference between sabja and chia?
Though from the same family, Sabja and Chia are completely different seeds. Sabja are basil seeds. Chia seeds on the other hand come from the Chia plant. Chia seeds are a fiber rich superfood, higher in protein and a denser source of Vegan Omega 3s.

Which pasta should I try first?
If you’re new to the world of our gluten free/high protein range, we recommend trying the Red Lentil Fusilli/Spaghetti or Chickpea Penne.
The Red Lentil Fusilli & Spaghetti: It tastes closest to traditional pasta (without the wheat or starch/rice flour). Goes well with all cuisines. Try in your favourite pasta preparation!
Chickpea Penne: It has a gentle flavour of chickpeas Goes well with all cuisines. Try in using in a one pot pasta!

Can you wash Chia Seeds?
Our Chia seeds come precleaned and need not be washed before consumption.

Does Quinoa need to be washed before eating?
We recommend thoroughly washing Quinoa before use. Wash and rinse it at least three times before cooking.
Cooking

How long does it take to cook the pastas?
Bring 4-8 cups (1-2 liters) of generously salted water to a rolling boil.
Add pasta and maintain a rolling boil, cook uncovered until desired softness is achieved (recommended timings are mentioned on the packaging).
Drain and rinse the pasta under water.
Add to your favourite sauce, vegetables and garnishing and serve fresh.

How to cook Quinoa?
Quinoa cooks exactly like rice! Wash the Quinoa. Put 2x the water of the amount of Quinoa in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add the Quinoa on low heat and cover. Allow the quinoa to absorb all the water (15-18mins). DO NOT STIR. Once all the water is absorbed, let it cool and fluff with a fork.

Do Chia Seeds need to be cooked?
No cooking is required. Just soak them in water for 15 minutes and they are ready to drink or use as a chia gel.

Do you have to soak Chia Seeds in water?
No, while we recommend you have a tablespoon of Chia Seeds daily for maximum benefits, you can choose how you’d like to have it. You can blend it in your smoothie, add it to breakfast bowls, salads, juice, or have it soaked in water
